Nite White ACP Whitening Instructions:
1. Floss and brush your teeth. Twist off the clear plastic cap from the syringe and replace with mixing nozzle.
2. Place a small "teardrop" amount of gel in each tooth compartment in the tray(on the cheek side of the tooth).
3. Place the tray with the gel in the mouth.
4. Remove excess gel with your finger or dry toothbrush. When inserting the tray, be careful not to push the gel out, but be sure that the tray is completely seated. You may see some bubbling within your trays while wearing them. This bubbling is part of the whitening process.
5. Leave the trays in for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. (If you have sensitive teeth, or they become sensitive to whitening reduce the amount of time you have the trays in to 1 to 2 hours).
6. After whitening, remove and rinse the trays with cold water. If necessary, use a toothbrush to remove any residual gel. Rinse and brush excess gel from the teeth.
Precautions when Whitening Teeth
1. If your teeth become sensitive, increase the amount of time between whitening applications. For example, do one application every other day, instead of every day.
2. If you have opaque white spots on your teeth before whitening, they will become whiter during the whitening process(and have a chalky appearance), but should look less white the next day after the whitening application.
3. Refrain from consuming dark colored liquids(coffee, tea, soda, red wine, etc.) during the whitening process. It will take longer to whiten your teeth if you do not avoid dark liquids.
4. If you are have problems with whitening please do not hesitate to call us at 734-662-1113.
